Carew is the oldest brand of Alcohol that is produced in Bangladesh. In the context of a historically conservative socio-cultural setting, Carew has steadily become the largest brand of alcoholic beverages since its inception on 1938. Over the years, the focus has always been the local consumers, catering to the unique taste profile of the region and considering the socio-economic background of the target audience. As time passed, the market evolved towards more consumption of alcohol and Carew expanded in its local business exponentially. Having a dominant presence in the local field may embolden the brand to expand its reach to the international market.
This project, “Rethinking CAREW” is a creative take on the most popular components of the brand’s product shelf, imagining a re-design that seamlessly weaves tradition, legacy, and the aesthetics of the current generation of consumers.
